Yes! If parents would like their teen to be seen by me, I ask that regular parent sessions accompany individual teen sessions.

Yes, and it may work better in the long run! A higher frequency of sessions facilitates deeper work. It creates momentum that helps expand on topics that can’t be covered in once a week therapy.
Investment

My sessions run at $150 an hour (the length of a typical psychotherapy session). However, I also offer “sliding scale” options for those who cannot afford the full rate. If you’d like more information about this, please feel free to give me a call or send me an email.

Patients can pay with cash or debit, credit, or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

I’m an out-of-network (OON) provider. Each insurance company handles OON billing differently. It’s advisable to call your insurance provider to get information about your OON benefits.
If you’d like to go through your OON benefits, a diagnosis must be provided to your insurance provider for reimbursement to occur.

Yes! I offer Superbills for those looking to use their OON benefits. These may help you get reimbursed for sessions. To see if Superbills are right for you, it’s best to check with your insurance company.
